Özenpark Preschool carefully monitors the pedagogical and psychological development of children. Throughout the educational process, we adopt an approach that considers each child’s individual needs and supports their development. For us, children's psychological well-being and emotional growth are just as important as their academic success. Therefore, regular psychological assessments are conducted at school, and children's progress is closely monitored. Through parent-school collaboration, each child's development is continuously tracked, and necessary feedback is provided to families. We prioritize ensuring that all staff members working with children have pedagogical expertise and closely follow each child's development on an individual basis. For cases requiring more detailed attention, we collaborate with families and integrate our efforts with a specialized psychology clinic to provide the most suitable support for the child's growth. Raising children in a healthy way requires maintaining a balanced development process both psychologically and pedagogically. With this understanding, we strive to find the best path for each child.
